No large outlay on delivery
The project is paid in monthly rentals over the term you choose, so your funds stay available for the business.
A fixed rental, known upfront
The same amount, excluding VAT, every month for the whole term, known from the day you sign.
Rent rather than buy
Lease payments are usually booked as expenses (French GAAP). The exact treatment, including under IFRS, should be confirmed with your accountant.
A space that can evolve
At the end of the term, depending on the provider’s options: return, extend, or renew all or part of the furniture.

Our role. Soul Design designs, supplies and installs the project. The rental contract is concluded between your company and our partner finance provider, which alone decides whether to approve the application and sets the final rental. The provider’s name is given to you with the finance offer.
Finance lease is not available to private individuals.

Who owns the furniture during the contract?
The finance provider, which buys the furniture from Soul Design and rents it to you. You have the use of it for the whole term; insurance and maintenance are set out in the rental contract.
How is the rental set?
Following an assessment of your file: the rental depends on the amount financed, the term and approval by our partner finance provider. It is given to you in writing before anything is signed.
What happens at the end of the contract?
The options (return, extension, renewal of all or part of the furniture) are those of the provider’s contract. They are explained to you before you sign.
Can we finance only part of the project?
Yes. The furniture can be rented and the rest of the project (design studies, for instance) paid separately: the quotation shows both clearly.
Is finance lease available to private individuals?
No. It is reserved for businesses: companies, professional practices, and registered hotels, restaurants or healthcare facilities.
