Statement

A statement per project: orders, dates and, where relevant, the referral fee.

03

Clear rules,
for you and your clients.

Who can join

  • 01Registered businesses (French SIRET or a European company identifier).
  • 02Design practices: architecture, interior architecture, interior design, shopfitting, set design.
  • 03Ordre des architectes registration number required from architects practising in France; not applicable to other professions.
  • 04No volume commitment; tiers of terms described on our trade page.

Referral fees

  • 01Architects registered with the Ordre: no referral fee; the terms granted to you are passed on to your client and shown on the quote.
  • 02Other design professions: rate and terms set out in a written agreement and disclosed to your client before the order.
  • 03Paid once the client has paid in full, against your company’s invoice, and never combined with fees you charge on the supply of furniture without your client’s written agreement.
  • 04Can be replaced, at your request, by a discount on your client’s price.

Transparency towards your clients. Architects are bound by professional rules on independence from suppliers. As a precaution, we pay no referral fee to an architect registered with the Ordre: the terms granted to them benefit their client and are shown on the quote, as our terms of sale for professionals provide. For other design professions, the fee is set out in the referral agreement and on the quote given to your client; if your professional rules or your appointment exclude it, we replace it with a discount on their price.

It is your responsibility to check the rules that apply to your profession; if in doubt, your professional body can advise you.

  • 03Referral fees, for professions other than registered architects, are offered project by project, never by default.

Your questions,
our answers.

Is there a minimum volume to join?

No. The programme is open from your first project; terms then improve with your volume excluding VAT over the past twelve months, as on our trade page.

How is the referral fee calculated and paid?

It does not apply to architects registered with the Ordre, whose terms are passed on to their client. For other professions, its rate and terms are agreed in writing before the project; it is paid once the client has paid in full, against your company’s invoice, and listed on a statement per project.

Does my client see the terms I receive?

They are informed. Registered architects: your terms are passed on to them and shown on their quote. Other professions: the fee appears in the referral agreement and on the quote, or it is replaced by a discount on your client’s price.

Can I specify bespoke pieces?

Yes. We design and have them made with you, by our partner workshops and craftspeople; you approve the drawings and samples before production starts.

A specification in hand?

Send us
your list.

Drawings, furniture schedules, references: we price several options, with alternatives where lead times or budget call for them.
