03

Three ways in,
one point of contact.

Your client already has your drawings and specification? That is door 01. Would you rather entrust us with the design? Door 02. A piece to order quickly? Door 03. After that, the same follow-up for everyone.

Door 01 — Existing specification

You already have an architect or a selection

Drawings, FF&E schedules, specifications: we take the project as drawn, or we value-engineer it — comparable alternatives, references better suited to the budget or lead times, bespoke pieces — always with your architect’s approval.

  1. Drawings and specifications received
  2. Review and value engineering
  3. Costing in several options
  4. Approval, orders, delivery

Door 02 — Designed by Soul Design

We design your space

You have a space, but no layout or furniture yet. We write the brief, draw the space plan and the mood, show the project in 3D, select and have pieces made, deliver, install and style. Soul Design does not sell building works. If your project needs them (partitions, flooring, electrics, fixed joinery), we can recommend contractors: they contract and invoice directly with you, under their own insurance, and we schedule the delivery and installation of the furniture around their programme.

  1. Discovery and brief
  2. Space plan, mood, 3D
  3. Selection and bespoke pieces
  4. Delivery, installation and styling

Door 03 — One piece

You are looking for a specific piece

One piece or a few: tell us what you are looking for. We source it from its maker, send you a quote with the stated lead time, follow every step (maker’s confirmation, firm date, dispatch) and deliver, with or without assembly.

  2. Quote and lead time
  3. Date tracking
  4. Delivery, with or without assembly

06

Your project’s
carbon footprint, estimated.

For companies that track their emissions, we can estimate the carbon footprint of the furniture in your project, in kilograms of CO₂ equivalent, on request, as an appendix to the quotation.

01 — Maker data

Environmental declarations

We start from the environmental declarations published by the makers: French FDES sheets for building and fit-out products, PEP profiles for electrical equipment, or equivalent EPDs where they exist.

02 — Transport

The journey to you

We add transport from each maker to the project site, using actual distances and modes of transport and the emission factors of ADEME’s Base Empreinte.

03 — Reading it

An estimate, not a label

Where a piece has no declaration, we say so and use a generic value flagged as such. The result is a methodical estimate, itemised line by line, that you can use in your own carbon accounting; it is neither a certification nor an offset.

07 — Opening an account

Let’s open
your account.

We check your company registration and get back to you, usually within two working days, with your login, your terms and the name of your contact.
