Spacesthat stay beautiful.

Furniture in a hotel, restaurant or office works every single day. We organise its care and renewal, piece by piece, with our partner workshops and craftspeople, so the place keeps its character.

An inventory first, then a contract: every job is priced before it is done.

01

Four services,
to combine.

Each contract brings together the services your place needs, based on an inventory of your pieces.

01 — Annual inspection

A condition survey

One or two visits a year: pieces checked one by one, joints tightened, small repairs done on site, a photo report and a quotation for the work ahead.

02 — Reupholstery

Seating restored

Padding, foams and fabrics redone by our partner upholsterers, in the same or a new fabric, with a fire rating suited to public venues.

03 — Replacement

Damaged pieces replaced

Like for like while the model is still produced, or with a close alternative; a small reserve stock can be agreed in the contract.

04 — Seasonal rotation

The place changes with the season

Covers, cushions, rugs and terrace furniture: stored, swapped and reinstalled on agreed dates.

02

How a contract
unfolds.

Inventory

Each piece is photographed, measured and recorded: material, condition and maker where known.

Proposal

The services you need, a schedule and an annual fee; major work is priced separately.

Work

Carried out by our partner workshops and craftspeople, coordinated by a single contact.

Report

A report after each visit: what was done, what lies ahead, and next year’s budget.

After every visit
03

For places
that never really close.

Hospitality

Rooms and public areas

Headboards, armchairs, lobby banquettes, curtains: wear comes quickly and your image depends on it.

Restaurants

Dining rooms and terraces

Chairs, banquettes and tables used several times a day, and terrace furniture to rotate.

Offices

Floors and lounges

Task chairs, waiting areas, meeting rooms: furniture that is looked after rather than replaced all at once.

04 — Contract request

Tell us
about your furniture.

A few lines are enough to prepare the inventory. We usually reply within two working days to arrange a visit.

  • 01On-site inventory, with no obligation to sign a contract.
  • 02A written proposal: services, schedule, annual fee.
  • 03Major work priced separately and carried out only with your approval.

05

Your questions,
our answers.

Does the furniture have to come from Soul Design?

No. We also look after existing furniture, after an inventory that shows what can be maintained, repaired or needs replacing.

How is the price set?

After the inventory: an annual fee for inspections and follow-up, plus work (reupholstery, replacements) priced by quotation before it is carried out. Nothing is done without your written approval.

Can you work without closing the venue?

We schedule work during your quiet periods: before opening, on your weekly closing day or room by room. Pieces being reupholstered can be temporarily replaced when stock allows.

Do replacement fabrics meet the rules for public venues?

We offer fabrics whose fire rating suits your venue, with the maker’s test report; the final choice is made with you and, where relevant, your inspection body.

And then?

When everything
needs renewing.

A full refurbishment is prepared like any project: brief, selection, phased works, and a second life for the old furniture.
